Services:
Exhibition Services：Provide long term, all year round trade show/exhibition facility and services, bridging Sino-American major trade shows.
1. Designated Exhibition Facility: Equipped with 5 ft width X 8ft height or bigger annual display booth (3 levels of memberships), Multi-media exhibition equipments, products display windows, catalogs shelf, broad band internet access, company direct phone lines, lighting and seating.
2. Member Business Center: Free conference room, free coffee room, free offices and office equipments for business meetings and promotion seminars, and free translation services.
3. Commercial and Business Expos : Organizing member companies and American business and enterprise to participate in large scale business Expo in the center (4 expos yearly)
4. Coordinate and assist member companies and non-member companies to exhibit in the US major trade shows, such as reserving and booking exhibition booth and travel arrangements. Coordinate and assist member companies to arrange business visit to the US (fees included in membership fees) and business training (additional fees applied).
5. Coordinate and assist member companies who exhibit in US major trade shows and provide the following services: A), customs clearing and shipping for samples. B), booth set-up, C), documentations preparation and training for visa application. D), travel itinerary arrangements. E), translation. F), free transportation from airport to hotels. (fees applied for visa, travel, other transportation needs and exhibition set-up).
Marketing and Promotions: Market and promote Chinese enterprises and their products in the US market.
1. Organize promotional and sales events for member companies’ products, and provide market research and analysis to member companies.
2. Advertise and promote member companies in the US major media and mass media periodically or at irregular intervals.
3. Design and build independent web pages for member companies on CCTC’S website to comprehensively introduce member companies.
4. Assist member companies to seek potential cooperation partners in the US.
5. Organize American enterprises to visit member companies in China annually and to furnish with updated market trends and information.
6. Develop business links between Chinese and American small business and assist to reach the conclusion of trades.
Logistics Services: Provide professional, efficient US-China logistics services to member companies:
1. Customs declaration, Customs clearance.
2. Freight forwarding, Storage, products shipping and receiving.
3. Systematic and efficient logistics services ( basic fees applied)
4. Long-term or short term storage for member companies in CCTC’S warehouse. (fees applied at the lowest industry’s standards)
Consultation Services: Provide various consulting and advisory services to Chinese business and enterprises:
1. Legal services, accounting services.
2. Assistance in establishing US Branches or subdivisions including and legal and accounting professional advices and documentation preparation.
3. US business credit search, reports and financial assistance.
4. Assistance in solving trade disputes and overdue accounts.
Other Services: Provide business visits, business training, talent and agent hunting.
- Hunting and recommending potential sales representatives, agents and coordinating organizations in the US to member companies.
- Assisting direct family members of key staffs of the member companies in applying for student visa, short term training classes in the US educational institutions or colleges. (visa fees and any other governmental fees applied, service fees waived)
Member Services: 
CCTC applies an annual membership structure with 3 different level memberships: Regular, Gold, and Diamond, providing the maximum benefits to member companies.
Regular membership: (1) A one year basic exhibition booth, size 6 ft by 6 ft. (2) Free design and complete works of display shelf by professionals. CCTC will be responsible to place and replace merchandises on the shelf as needed.
(3) CCTC staff will represent companies to introduce their products to potential customers and will recommend their products to the appropriate buyers when inquired by potential customers. (4) CCTC will provide free US market trends, information on marketing, business laws and regulations, tax and accounting to member companies. (5) CCTC will invite 3-5 company employees from each member company to the US annually for business visits and will assist in the visa application process and will make arrangements as travel needs. (6) CCTC will assist member companies to establish their websites and linked with the CCTC website which will automatically generate sales needs with the member companies. (7) CCTC will deliver free periodicals and member companies will have privileges to post messages to its magazines.
Gold Membership: (1) All regular membership services with Exhibition
booth size expanding to 10 ft by 10 ft. (2) CCTC will cover the cost of one
US major show for the Gold member company per year.
Diamond Membership: (1) All regular membership services with exhibition booth expanding to 15ft by 15ft. (2) CCTC will cover the cost of two major US trade shows for each Diamond membership company per year.
Selective services:
Some of CCTC’S services are not covered in the membership package, but may be options for non-member companies and member companies, such as M-World stores, third party logistics service, assistance in setting up US branch offices, scholars and students exchange programs, business and government leadership training programs, art performances etc. Both member and non-member companies may elect to choose Optional services and fees vary according to programs. Member companies will have discounts on the selected optional services.
Service Fees:
1) Membership Fees:
Annual membership fee for regular membership is 120,000RMB, Gold membership is 220,000RMB and Diamond membership is 320,000RMB. After signing a contract with CCTC, each membership company may pre-pay 20,000RMB deposit and the balance due within 3 months. If membership due is paid off at the signing of the contract with one payment, a discount of 20,000RMB may be credited back to the member company.
